📖BOOKING
Schedule all services by BOOKING REQUEST. Prior to Booking any services, we must conduct a MEET & GREET with you and your pet companions. Standard Estimates are based on 1-2 pets within Zone A. If you have any questions please email info@pawmaids.com.
Office hours are M-F 8am-6pm. We will respond within 24-72hrs.
Returning customers: Please limit Calls/Text to EMERGENCIES ONLY.
🗝️KEYS
Paw Maids is able to keep/store your key on file (MUST provide copies during MEET & GREET) or
Client provides a lock box at residence that contains the key - providing Paw Maids with the code or
Paw Maids does have a drop off location which can be provided. Keys must be dropped off 24hrs before visit.
Your key may be picked up by Paw Maids at your residence (for an additional $25 fee).
💳PAYMENT
METHODS: We accept all major CC’s (VISA, MC & AMEX) in addition to PAYPAL, Zelle & Venmo.
TIPS are appreciated, but not required: Cash can be left (with clear indication it is a TIP) at place of Service OR can be submitted to our Venmo Account. Simply notate your Paw Maids Sitters name in the comments. Sitters received 100% of the TIP.
🪙OTHER FEES
HOLIDAYS: All holidays are an additional $15 per visit.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION FEE: Any holiday booking cancelled 72 hours prior to the holiday will be refunded. Cancellations done 72 hours (or less) are non-refundable*.
LAST MINUTE BOOKING FEE: Any booking request for sooner than 72hrs must be pre-approved. Please email info@pawmaids.com first.
CANCELLATION FEE: Any booking cancelled sooner that 72hrs prior is non-refundable*.
*Why fees? Schedules are pre-planned 72hrs ahead, any changes affecting our schedule cannot be recuperated on such short notice.
🥫SUPPLIES
Our Sitting Services DO NOT INCLUDE supplies. Please provide an appropriate amount of supplies for our visits (trash bags, food, cat litter, cleaning supplies, treats, etc.).
This maximizes the amount of quality time spent with your pet. Should our visit require Paw Maids to replenish supplies, customer is liable for cost and time expenses.
🦺SAFETY
For our SAFETY and your ‘piece of mind’ if a caregiver is bitten and feels unsafe with your pet, you will be notified immediately and services must be discontinued. Paw Maids’ sitters are not vets, physicians, zoologist or wildlife biologist… WE ARE ANIMAL LOVERS and FUR-Parents too, just like you.
OVERNIGHT STAY: If you have an in home camera, we ask for a DARK period of 10pm - 7am for privacy. Your residence must be in acceptable condition for Paw Maids. We ask that bed be made with fresh sheets day of departure for the caregiver. If no bed is available for the caregiver’ an alternative must be provided - air mattress, rollaway, cot etc. Cleanliness- If a caregiver arrives and the residence is not in acceptable cleanliness condition you will be notified immediately, they will provide a PM visit and return for an AM visit, the overnight will be forfeited and a refund will not be issued.
FLEAS: We require your home be free of fleas. If possible, we recommend that your pet be on current flea medication.
Any MEDICATION needs MUST be disclosed at the time of booking. We have no additional fee for medication administration, However, more extensive medication regimens may require longer visits. Details will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service.
CAMERA: Kindly disclose during booking if any in-home cameras are present (and will be active during our scheduled services). Lastly, For our safety we kindly ask to inform us if ANY OTHER PERSONS will be present during services.
